Rationale: Culture provides the blueprint that people as a society use to guide their relationship with others. To develop an understanding of the concept of culture, our class will examine the rituals and routines of select groups around the world. In America’s multicultural society, It is important for us to understand that culture influences viewpoints, perspectives, social rules, and social institutions.
